If the muscle app just spins and says please wait take these steps:
Uninstall the muscle app.
Restart your tv device.
The go to downloader and type in:
https://apk.musclehosting.net
Install the app.
Go to settings/applications/manage installed applications
Select the new muscle app and click on clear data and clear cache
Then go to the app and enter your login information.
Should be good to go!
